Workshop Overview:
This practical workshop has been designed to provide candidates an opportunity to learn the principles and importance of creating, implementing and managing a PR communications strategy for their organisation using traditional and online tools and techniques. A maximum of 6 candidates will be accepted onto each programme to ensure that each participant will be able to maximise their involvement for optimum results.

a.       How to develop your PR strategy
b.       Setting your PR objectives
c.        Determining your publics
d.       Tools and Techniques you will use to communicate your objectives to target publics including traditional and online methods
e.       How to evaluate your performance and overall PR strategy

Who Should Attend?
This course has been designed for participants who handle the PR communications strategy for their organisation or who have recently taken on the responsibility and need to develop a strategy to communicate to their key stakeholders to support their business and marketing objectives whilst enhancing their brand and reputation of the organisation.

Eugene Grey FPRII FEIC FIIC MCIPR MIITD is Group Managing Director of the Communications Group PR. He is also Director of Education at the European Institute of Communications, Ireland’s leading PR facilitators of the Public Relations Institute of Ireland’s (PRII) national PR academic programme delivered at Post Graduate and Diploma level. He is a Fellow of the PRII, a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (MCIPR – UK), a member of the Confederation of European Public Relations Practitioners (MCERP – Europe), and a  member of the Association of Event Management Educators (Founder Member FAEME – International).
