An open and free event. RSVP admin@europeaninstitute.ie

The European Institute of Communications, as an industry professional body based in Dublin, Ireland and Leuven, Belgium, and as a member of the Global Alliance PR will be hosting an #EthicsMatter event on Monday 24th February at our academic centre 23 Herbert St, Dublin 2. at 18:30 hours GMT. This is part of a collective worldwide programme affiliated with the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communications Management who are promoting the first ever simultaneous global ethics month in February 2020.

Ethics and all the term encompasses are the primary purview of public relations professionals and the work we do. It’s time we spread the word in a global, coordinated campaign to educate and inform the world. That’s why we at the European Institute of Communications in association with the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communications Management are supporting the first ever global ethics month in February 2020. The international campaign #EthicsMatter in February 2020 will unify Global Alliance members’ activities and multiply our collective efforts, while bringing global attention to the great work of PR practitioners. In addition, #EthicsMatter will bring attention to the importance of ethics in communication in all areas of business, government, non-profit and education and showcase all that we are collectively doing to educate and empower public relations professionals.
